New Start

I’m really hoping this is the real thing this time. I joined this community because I am really serious about changing my life and getting healthy. I have been selling myself short for too long. It’s going to be a long, hard journey. I’m sick of losing small increments of weight at a time, only to gain it all back and more. I am only 22 and if I continue this road, the future looks grim. I will do this! Support is welcomed! :-D

    Thank you all so much. I’m so glad I joined! It’s so hard because no one in my family understands….they don’t know what it was like to ALWAYS be the fat one. I REALLY appreciate the encouragement :-)
